Terms & Conditions

Payments

• Payment must be received and cleared in full before goods will be shipped.
• Credit/Debit card payments are only available via the website www.nappycentral.co.uk Cheques, cash and postal orders are accepted for transactions not conducted via the internet.
• Cheques must be made payable to Nappy Central and posted to Nappy Central c/o 22 North Drive, Shortstown, Bedford MK42 0TL
• Recorded delivery can be arranged on request and is subject to an additional payment to be advised shortly after the request is made.

We use paypal to receive payments for items ordered through this web site. Once at the checkout you will be directed to the paypal web site. You can either use an existing paypal account if you have one or simply input your card details to make a one-off payment. You do not need a paypal account to use this service.
Once your transaction has been approved please click on the link to return to Nappy Central.


Delivery

• Goods will usually be shipped within 7 working days of order being placed. A confirmation email will be sent confirming the order and another email sent when the goods have been shipped.
• If the expected delivery date is longer than 7 working days an email will be sent explaining the delay and revised expected delivery date.
• If recorded delivery is required please advise in the additional order details or via telephone/email. Revised charges will be advised by email.
• If any items are missing or damaged please advise Nappy Central by email or telephone within 5 working days of confirmation of shipment.
• Goods are not currently shipped outside the UK.

Free delivery for all orders over £60.00
All orders under 1kg will be sent via 1st class mail, all others will be via standard parcel service or courier.

Faulty goods

• Nappy Central inspect all items before shipment but in the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt please email or telephone Nappy Central within 14 days of receipt of the delivery to make arrangements to return the item for a full refund.
• Faulty items reported later than 14 days will be considered and in most cases a full refund will be offered. Nappy Central reserve the right to refuse refund if misuse of the product has occurred.

Returns policy

• Any unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in an un-used condition for a full refund.
• Items must be returned to Nappy Central, c/o 22 North Drive, Shortstown, Bedford, MK42 0TL
• Nappy Central strongly advise the use of recorded delivery to return goods and prevent disputes at a later date.
• Nappy Central takes no responsibility for returned goods that are not received.

bumGenius nappies come with a 14 day money-back guarantee supplied by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that a refund is required please contact Nappy Central as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made for a return. Note that manufacturers washing instructions must be followed as detailed on the purchase page and refund will be given for only one used nappy. All other nappies must remain unused and unwashed in order to obtain a refund.


Refunds

• If returned items have not been used a full refund will be given.
• If the item has been used and is still in immaculate condition a 70% refund will be given.
• Nappy Central reserves the right to refuse a refund for goods that have been used.

General

• Customer details are retained for the use of Nappy Central. Customer details will not be disclosed to any 3rd party.
• Extra terms and conditions apply to the loan nappy scheme.
