We are proud to be registered suppliers for Real Nappies for London and accept vouchers. If you live in one of the London boroughs listed below you may be entitled to a voucher towards the cost of your nappies (for babies under 18 months old). Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed against washable nappies and reasonably related sundries such as liners, nappi nippas and outer wraps. Training pants, swim nappies, nappy bags, buckets and cleansers are not included in the scheme. If you are unsure please contact us prior to placing your order. Only one voucher may be redeemed per baby.
If you are in possession of a voucher it can be redeemed as follows:-
Place an order via this website and select payment by cheque during the checkout process. This will ensure that Nappy Central receive your entire order. Please do not enter any voucher details at this stage and note that the voucher value will not be deducted on-line.
Alternatively you may telephone us on 01536 216134 to place your order.
Once we have your order you need to post your voucher to us along with proof of your identity and address (copy of driving licence or recent utility bill). The name on the order and the shipping address must match those on the voucher. There are no exceptions. Please post to Nappy Central (RNfL), 84 Barnwell Street, Kettering, Northants, NN16 0JE
Your goods will be dispatched once we have received the voucher and cleared payment. If you order on-line a request for payment will be sent via email but you prefer you may send a cheque, postal order in the post or make a direct payment to our bank.
We cannot exchange the voucher in full or part for cash nor may vouchers be used for retrospective purchases.
