Lanowool breast pads (pair)
We are thrilled to offer Lanowool® wool breastfeeding pads. They are a premiere product, designed to give ultimate comfort to breastfeeding mothers. Lanowool® breastfeeding pads are made of specially processed fine merino wool in New Zealand and are treated with a purified lanolin, creating the optimal environment for breast care prior to birth and during nursing. The pads are processed using only eco-friendly biodegradable detergents.

Highly rated in midwife trails in the UK and recommended by midwives in New Zealand. If the thought of sore nipples is horrific to you then these pads are for you! One pair of pads will be sufficient for women with an average milk supply. For a larger supply of milk and for leakage, you will need two pairs. For night time you may need to use two pads for extra-absorbency. Available in two sizes: Regular (12 cm diameter) , or Large (15 cm diameter) for women with larger breasts (size 16 plus). Rinse the pads lightly before the first use. To wash, handwash with a mild wool soap, rinsing the pads under running lukewarm water. Rinse the pads initially every 1-2 days when you have a lot of milk. After the milk supply has settled, it is recommended that you rinse the pads every 1-2 weeks. Allow 5% shrinkage. Supplied in pairs.
